Summary
Tachihara takes a leave of absence from the Black Lizard to spend some time with the Hunting Dogs after overhearing a conversation between Teruko and Fukuchi. Fukuchi's acting strange and the Hunting Dogs go on a mission to stop terrorists who are attacking countryside towns.
Tachihara/Gin is mentioned several times, but nothing obviously romantic happens because she's in the story for a very short period of time. Also, the Black Lizard is only in the short at the very beginning.
