Summary

When his sharp teeth punctured into my carotid artery, I felt my blood stop. It flowed
from my wound into his mouth, wet and hot. I went white and frozen, I started grabbing violently at his coat, before my wrists went limp, and my body went weak. I couldn’t scream. Nor could I see anymore. The only thing I could feel was slobbery lips, and piercing, stinging pain radiating down my neck and arm. I suddenly felt my body slam against the cold ground. I regained my vision in doubles. His eyes, which looked like peeled white onions, his pallored face drenched in red. His black hair frazzled and on end. He had a crazed, miserable expression. I felt faint, and tried to groan out a plea. The words gurgled in my mouth and croaked in my voice box.
“Why?” was all that slipped out of my frothy mouth before the pain stopped.
He elegantly pulled a handkerchief out of his beast pocket, and wiped his lips clean. He looked down at me pitifully. My vision faded, and I finally passed away. -
