Summary
Raina Wallis, reigning lupa of the Thronnos Rokke clan, has been brutally murdered, and one of Richard's supporters has confessed to the crime. As far as RPIT is concerned, the case is pretty much closed. Stephen Diedrich has means, motive, and an unfortunate connection to the Master of St. Louis. What more could you ask for in a suspect?

Summary
