Summary
When Jack wakes up with a pounding headache, he is firmly resolved to suck it up and get over it. Things start to deteriorate when he learns that Tony had planned a nice dinner out to celebrate Jack getting his GED. He feels like he's dying, but telling someone would just ruin the night for everyone. The world doesn't stop just because Jack is sick, and there's no way Tony would want to deal with a sick teenager anyway. He just needs to deal. It won't be that hard.
This is a follow-up to my original story, and it contains people introduced in the first story, so it probably won't make sense without reading the first one. So you should like go do that or something.
