Summary
The Avengers have been trying to stop a 3 month-long series of HYDRA raids and heists. Their greatest obstacle is one of their own helping HYDRA succeed in too many of these missions, accumulating more and more money and weapons.
Or: Peter has been doing HYDRA's dirty work. To Tony's horror, the team is losing their faith in Peter's innocence.

Summary
After the Snap is undone, Tony is over the moon to have his Spider-kid back. He spends more time with him than ever, only to realize that Peter is not quite himself. Peter doesn't seem to bond with the team as well as Tony had hoped, in fact it seems like he has lost any interest in being Spider-Man.
Or... Peter struggles to accept how different things between the Avengers are. As much as everyone else seems to have moved on from what tore the group apart, Peter is not ready to forgive and forget.

Summary
Tony looks at him with a worried frown as he hands him a plate with a sandwich and a side of chips. He reaches a hand up and brushes a few stray curls off of Peter’s aching forehead. “You don’t look too good, Pete,” he says.
“I don’t feel that great,” Peter admits, not having the energy to pretend that he is.
“How’s your head feeling?”
“Hurts,” Peter mumbles miserably.
“Hmm,” Tony hums, as he braces his hand against Peter’s forehead.
Peter lets his eyes slip shut as he leans into his cool hand, bringing only a small amount of relief to his pounding head. He almost wants to cry when Tony takes his hand away.
“You do feel a little warm. I wouldn’t have had you slaving away out there in the sun if I’d known you didn’t feel good, Pete.”
“It wasn’t this bad earlier. I think I’m just tired or my brain is fried,”
OR
Peter experiences a bad migraine while he’s staying up at the cabin and Tony helps him through it.

“Pete?” Tony questions softly as he gently nudges Peter’s leg with his. “What’s going on? You know you can talk to me.”
Peter bites the inside of his cheek as he continues staring down at his hands. He wants to tell him the truth but he doesn’t want to sound like a little kid, desperate to stay with his father because he’s too afraid to be alone. In all honesty, Peter’s starting to feel a little desperate.
“Pete?” Tony says gently as he leans forward a little to look at his face.
“I-” Peter pauses for a moment as he closes his eyes and breathes a sigh out through his nose. “I don’t want to go home yet.” He admits as guilt presses against his chest. He doesn’t want to overstay his welcome or disappoint May—or worse, hurt her feelings.
OR
Peter stays over at the Stark’s cabin for the weekend and he’s not ready to leave yet.

Peter snaps his eyes open and nods shakily. “Y-Yeah.” He lies.
Happy turns in his seat as he leans in front of him and looks at his face. “You don’t look it,” he says worriedly. “What’s going on?”
“N-Nothing—I’m fine.” Peter tries to assure him—heck, to assure himself but he can’t get the thought of the ferry ripping in two out of his mind. He can’t fail everyone again—he can’t fail Tony again.

Peter’s art class goes on a field trip to the Statue of Liberty and Happy tags along.

Peter and MJ are less interested in the tour though and a little more invested in spending time with each other. Someone, who's not spending any time with MJ at all is Tony, very much to his annoyance...
