Summary
Sequel to 'You Hate Everything About Me, Why Do You Love Me?'
The Doctor was never supposed to see her again. Thirteen had left Ruby on those church steps with the hopes that her daughter would be taken care of, and the Doctor could move on thanks to a well-placed memory wipe. But she was the Doctor, so of course, another Doctor had to become friends with Ruby and unknowingly bring her back into Thirteen's life. And of course, the Master is there by her side during it all, whether she wants him there or not (and she doesn't, she tells herself fiercely).
