Summary
The lingering heat in the new capital and the never-ending petitions get to You Miao in a way he doesn't expect. He ends up passing out in front of his colleagues, and while Li Zhifeng is away training the army, Zhao Chao decides he'd rather be at You Miao's side than attend his imperial duties. Several officials, including Tang Bo, end up scandalized in the process.
