Summary
Crowley watched Aziraphale collect the scattered soup spoons. The sun through the window glinted off the silver cutlery, his golden eyes orbited him cheerfully, and his hands with their neat nails gripped the spoons tight – and suddenly Crowley was back to that tavern in times past, filled with song and smoke, vague memories crowding against the clarity of the same soft hands cradling a mug of ale.
He’d wanted those hands on him then.
He could have those hands on him now.
