Summary
Hawks was used to being alone. Growing up with only the Hero Commission surrounding him, he was used to having no one to confide in.
Before meeting Izuku and Hitoshi Aizawa, he was forced to get used to that familiar loneliness after his only friend in Shiketsu High School, Touya Todoroki, disappeared without a trace at the end of his first year.
Back then, he knew that Touya needed someone, but he was unable to do anything but be there for his increasingly saddening friend until he disappeared. When that happened, Hawks made a promise to himself.
To be the hero that can change lives for the better. To save everyone from the obvious and not-so-obvious villains that plague lives.
So that victims like Touya can depend on heroes before its too late.
But can Hawks make things right when his long-lost friend finds a way into his life again?

Summary
Todoroki Touya ran away from home and took the name Dabi, becoming a villain.
One day, a hypnotizing Quirk is used on him, unconsciously releasing another Quirk that he had sleeping inside of him.
From the pressure of the hypnotization and the awakened Quirk, his Quirk is activated and he teleports to his apartment, he quickly realizes that his Quirk is about space-time.
Unable to control it, Dabi ends up in the future, however, it is not the future he expected.
Dabi wakes up in a world destroyed by an apocalypse that has turned Earth into a dead planet.
And the culprits are his allies, Shigaraki Tomura and the League of Villains.
