Summary
Tommy was your average guy. Emphasis on ‘was’. He was an orphan who had managed to survive by moving to L’Manburg. L’Manburg is a small country squished between the giant Essempii and Antarctic Empires.
L’Manburg is neutral territory for the two, so this is where the Imperial Families meet to discuss politics and shit (eww).
