Summary
“hey! i know you’re still sleeping! you’d better wake up right this instant!” tsukasa grits his teeth as he drops his backpack to the floor, getting right down to business. rui mumbles another incoherent sentence, perhaps a feeble protest, so tsukasa, exasperated, sinks down to the floor to hear what exactly he has to say.
“i’ve missed you,” is the only chilling sentence tsukasa manages to make out.
he immediately snaps his head up with a pair of widened eyes at what sounded like rui stuck in a dream, blinking furiously as he stands back up. he staggers backwards, holding onto a table for support.
“come back,” he whispers again, his sleepy expression magically softer.

when tsukasa has to wake an oversleeping rui up, he’s met with rui having one too many words to say to him. thing is, he can’t really tell if he means it or not. or if he’s even awake in the first place!
or : sleepy rui drives tsukasa insane. is he even asleep???
