Summary
Fitz has always dreamed of being a director. Biana can do makeup, supports her brother, and is a big lesbian thank you very much. Yeah, so maybe having a lead actor who was publically outed wasn't great for 1940s publicity but Fitz was going to use any available resources including his sister's co-worker's friends.
