Every year they make an exam to calculate Logan's body age. He's been 15 for twelve years now, because of how his healing factor's behaviour is erratic. He's starting to feel depressed about the whole situation. He's been living in the mansion and seeing his friends growing up and leaving him behind for almost ten years.
On the other hand, Wade, whose body age is also 15 (and has been for a great amount of years) is looking for revenge. He killed Francis about eight years ago, and is currently trying to find the man he thinks is behind everything, a fellow named wolverine.

He does this despite having no clue how to woo the hero that hates him. Nevermind woo-ing, he doesn’t know how to get him to stop trying to arrest him.
