Summary
Shizuku seems to have gotten a virus on her phone, which corrupted the Stage SEKAI. And it spreads on it's own, corrupting all the SEKAIs and VIRTUAL SINGERS within them. The new Corrupted SEKAI's are actually all the same one, with a different part representing each SEKAI. The only downside is that the next time anyone tries to enter a SEKAI, they get transported here and can't leave without killing someone else..
tldr; shizuku screws over everyone and puts them in a danganronpa simulator by accident
