  • so i wasn't planning on actually writing this idea
  • but then i saw others also uncomfortable with
  • the whole 'finally myself' line after letting go of the meta crisis
  • and i was like okay
  • if i'm reading to deep into this then at least i'm not alone
  • because let me tell you being an american and hearing that
  • when there's so much the adults are forcing their kids to trans
  • it hit an awkward spot in me
  • Fix-It
  • Not a fix it of sorts like the last one
  • I think the line and have thought the line should have been cut completely
  • now i'm hoping RTD follows back up on it
  • but if the first in this series was just a once over edit of the script
  • this is a cut scene
  • because it is far far longer then their time slot would have allowed
  • the episode was economical about it's screen time
  • RTD's a brillant writer and his script work is amazing
  • But I'm very
  • Self-Indulgent
  • And I wrote this one from the Doctor's POV
  • which was very fun
  • Spoilers for The Star Beast

  • but i did very much spend the last twenty four hours editing it
  • because this whole thing is a sensitive thing
  • and i felt out of my lane
  • enjoyed writing and rereading it though
  • so i hope others might help find a bit more peace with it as well
  • like i saw in the comments of the first part
  • it is a sequel to the last part in the series
  • yes i do come from the light novel tradition of naming things
  • what gave it away - the fact that i used more then ten words to name this fic
  • or maybe the fact that it's in actually 20 words long exactly
