(Ghost AU, me and my friend came up with it! El and Will were born twins but El died during birth sadly, when Will started talking Joyce noticed Will talked with nobody a lot. She didn't think much of it till she finally asked Will "Who are you talking to?" "Jane! But I call her El!" then and there Joyce knew Will was a special kid. Only a few people know Will can talk to ghosts, Jonathan, Joyce and Dustin. Soon Will would discover there's more then just a few ghosts roaming Hawkins)
