Instead of taking Tony to the hospital and having the baby cut from him. Wanda takes him to Steve, who betrays her and runs with Tony, taking him out of New York, heading for Canada. Injured, stressed, and frightened, Tony goes in premature labour. He needs medical attention, but they are in the middle of no-where, and Steve isn't going to take him to a hospital anyway.
Bruce and the others frantically search for the pregnant Omega, while also dealing with Wanda, and the other Avengers.
Can they find Tony in time? Can he and the baby survive a childbirth in the middle of nowhere? Or will they both be lost by Steve's stupidity.

She must choose between duty and love when she is reunited with Jon, after all our first love isn't always going to be our lasting love.
To be clear, this is a love triangle fic between Dria, Jon and Gendry. The way Ao3 tags work is they put the most popular first, which is why it probably comes up as a Jon/OC fic before it comes up as Gendry/OC. Either way - it's a well thought out story that touches on real-life issues of relationships, mental health and loyalty wrapped up in a Westerosi bow.

Xue Yang is a person and a mother in a lot of pain, physically as well as mentally. Unfortunately, being surrounded with Taoist monks, doesn't grant for much understandment of post-natal depressions, lactation problems and a womb that still bleeds from the birth. Dr. Wen Qing has a deep-seated disdain for male alphas - and this doesn't really help their reputation. This isn't a humorous part, but a painful one with lots of horrible laws that shouldn't exist.

all in all, a story about minthara discovering her child is transmasc and then getting rid of him. she is putting some genuine effort into it though, which is generally a more morally acceptable decision (for us at least) than to just kill him outright for it. eventually halsin gets a hold of him and raises him (i think. i havent gotten that far yet lol).
