But Takenaka Taiyouko and Takenaka Shizuka, her little sister, are just the tip of the iceburg for that side of the family. And when it comes to Taiyouko, things are going to get messy.

Quirks were dangerous since ever. With next generations the knowledge about them became bigger, but quirks got stronger as well.
Now in XXIII century scientists and society know a lot more about quirks than before. Unfortunately this doesn't change the fact that for seventh generations quirks are already very self destructive. And for eighth or ninth, or even tenth generation? Their own body just commits slow suicide. And doctors still strugle with finding medicine to reduce quirks power.
Now add to this situation a society classification. Also put in this world a kid that's wants to be vigilante and hero at the same time.
Well that's basically a self destruction.
