Diluc and Kaeya got separated at a young age as Kaeya was detained by the members of the Order of Favonius after the death of Crepus Ragndvindr. From that on, Diluc had to learn to survive all alone while desperately trying to search for the one he'd once sworn to protect with only a loving voice in his head as his companion in life.
One day, he had finally found what he'd been searching for: the headquarter of the Order of the Favonius. Upon stepping inside, Diluc could not expect the kind of mess he'd be pulled into as the entire headquarters goes into a lockdown due to a malicious force becoming loose within upon his arrival.
