Summary
For as long as Ed and Al could remember, their uncle Reyes had been a part of their life. Uncle Reyes was odd—he always wore an eye-patch, and never told them any stories about childhood—yet they loved him anyways. But when Ed and Al commit the ultimate taboo by trying to bring their mother back from the dead, they learn that their uncle's past—and a strange, mysterious man they meet in the desert town of Liore—is tied to a dangerous secret that threatens to tear their country apart.
