Leo’s gaze wasn’t on the plant, but on her instead.
Kamui spoke in that sweet, fascinated tone she only used when something truly moved her. Her vermilion eyes sparkled with a light that had nothing to do with magic, her cheeks were tinged pink with emotion, and the greenhouse breeze gently stirred her silvery hair.
She looked beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.
And Leo felt, with that familiar pang in his chest, the need to be closer, just a little closer. He could maybe touch her hand. Or her cheek. Or her lips.

Kamui hablaba con esa voz dulce y fascinada que utilizaba cuando algo la conmovía de verdad. Sus ojos bermellones brillaban con una luz que no tenía nada que ver con la magia, sus mejillas estaban teñidas de rosa por la emoción, y la brisa del invernadero movía con suavidad su cabello plateado.
Se veía hermosa. Absolutamente hermosa.
Y Leo sintió, con esa familiar punzada en el pecho, la necesidad de estar más cerca, solo un poco más. Tal vez rozar su mano. O su mejilla. O sus labios.
