Summary
Lance and Keith are lifelong friends. Which is fine until Keith presents as an Alpha and Lance as an Omega. They ignore it, continuing as normal. But they both catch feelings, both too scared to act on it. Lance gives up. Decides to give another alpha a shot at courting him. Poor James Griffin thought he stood a chance. That is, until Lance doesn't take his suppressants and goes into his first heat in years. James is ready to provide but all Lance can ask for is Keith.

Summary
Lance had always imagined his perfect wedding. He dreamt about meeting "The One" in a ‘love at first sight’ scenario. Perhaps they would meet on a train during rush hour when it was standing room only. Maybe the train would jolt and Lance would fall into their arms or they would fall into his. They would both apologise profusely, of course. Their ‘sorrys’ would be spoken at the exact same time, just as they made eye contact with each other unable to look away. Then they’d blush and giggle nervously. He’d extend his hand out to them with a confident, “Lance”, and they would smile, a genuine smile and take his hand and say…
“Are you fucking serious!?”
Well…not that.

“None of that matters now. You came back.” Lance shrugs his shoulders, tilting his side to Keith and looking at him with a kind expression. Keith could bask in that stare for days and never tire of it, he feels like he’s on top of the world. “I always knew you would.”
“How?”
“What we have… you’re lucky to find it once in a lifetime. You don’t go around giving that up, you don’t move on, you don’t forget it. I knew you’d come back here when you were ready, so I made sure everything would be ready for you when you did.”

Summary
He can’t even justify it as desperation. If he were well and truly desperate to move out of Shiro’s place, it would have happened by now. He’s had other options, he’s had people offer, it’s not like he’s backed into a corner and living out of his car. But if it’s not desperation, what exactly is it? A sick, morbid type of curiosity to know Lance better, to expose himself to the same hurt he’s already felt by getting attached to the other boy? Is it still attraction pulling him in like a moth to a flame, despite all that’s happened and how he knows they’re a terrible match? He isn’t sure.
He does, however, catch himself pulling on his best outfit before stepping out the door to go and meet Lance in the park. So maybe that’s an answer in itself.

aka the one where Keith makes an impulsive decision to move in with the man that stole his heart and broke it all in the same night. Will this end terribly for him, or will it be the start of something great?
