This is the tale of a Dragonslayer who, by accident, magically fertilizes a dragon's egg. Caught between his duty as a knight and his duty as a parent, Tartaglia decides to raise the egg alongside the dragon who laid it until the day it can be determined whether this half-human, half-dragon child is a threat to humanity or not. Along the way, he is forced to unlearn everything he's been taught about the species he'd dedicated his life to eradicating.
Where all is lost, there is something new to be found. And perhaps he was not the only one who was lost.
