That's a dumb summary but it IS accurate...
Basically, everyone was given an immortality shot, everyone else but you died, and now you're the last man on earth (gender neutral). Then the turtles show up. That's it.Inspired by this writing prompt I saw in 2022, and Anna Bates' song Last Man On Earth

Summary
Kamado Tanjiro and Hashibira Inosuke, who were watching meters away, felt more than saw what Rengoku Kyojuro was about to do, and they could only scream his name as the Upper Moon demon known as Akaza and the Flame Hashira surged forward. It was obvious to anyone that this was the last strike for both opposing parties, and whoever loses would have to fall on to the ground and die as the first rays of the sun flood the sky.
In a more familiar timeline, the loser died with the young demon slayers listening and crying over his kneeling dead body, yet the loser felt no shame. He died with the sweetest, happiest smile on his face as he joined his mother on the other side.
But in this timeline, fate had other plans.

or, A mysterious hooded demon interrupts Rengoku and Akaza's fight and claimed to be not an enemy to the hashira. When the rising of the sun proved the demon's intentions, the Flame Hashira regarded her as their ally and friend in defeating Muzan. Yet fate had other plans, seasons came and went, and the fire in his heart burned not only for destroying demons, but now also for a demon with a soft smile, cold hands, and a heart who cared and loved humanity more than anything.
