Summary
Midoriya Izuku gets his quirk one day when he is four years old but isn't able to get it to work no matter what he tries. His mother takes him to a specialist for insight but when they arrive they tell the two Midoriyas that Izuku is in fact quirkless. Heartbroken, a desolate and confused Izuku later unknowingly activates his quirk for the first time. He soon understands what his quirk is but decides he should hide it until he can ensure his safety. Because his quirk isn't just strong, but the most powerful quirk to ever exist.
Midoriya Izuku has the power of Quirk Creation.
This is obviously a redo of the original Quirk Creation. While some of the old content will stay, I decided to make some larger changes to the canon timeline and felt it would be easier to post it as a new fic for now.
