    After Wooyoung drunkenly texts his mom about dating the 'love of his life', San is roped into going home with him for the holidays and acting the part of a loving boyfriend. Which would have been fine, if only Wooyoung's childhood best friend Yeosang didn't surprise everyone by coming home from studying abroad in Japan. And San didn't instantly fall head over heels for the quiet but endearing boy.

    Anger too, simmers in San's gut, the way Yeosang is always so insecure because of other people who can't see how hard he tries. The way they beat him down every time he starts to feel confident again. ATEEZ try so hard to get Yeosang to shine, only for some asshole's words to take them back to step one.

    When Yeosang finally manages to leave - San catches the telltale glimmer of tears and his heart screams at him for leaving Yeosang alone - everything explodes.

    Hongjoong and San both jumped back to get out of the way as the captain howled, squirming on the ground, trying to get it out. The weak, dried up, skeleton of a man still on his knees and clutching the box to his chest, looked like the most powerful person on deck. He stared at the captain with an unmoving poker face and hard, unforgiving eyes.
