Summary
After Castiel sacrifices himself to the Empty, Dean is left shattered, unable to speak about what Cas said — “I love you.”
Haunted by grief and guilt, Dean begins writing out his feelings, finally admitting to himself what he never had the courage to say out loud :he loves Cas too.
As Dean spirals, Jack, Sam and Eileen quietly begin searching for a way to bring Cas back. When Jack — now carrying the power of God — tears open a rift in the Bunker and returns Cas to the world, the reunion is loud, messy, and utterly life-changing.
