Summary
On the eve of the first Democratic election Amestris has ever seen, Military Police discover a curious murder - a chimera, created through alchemy, slaughtered and arranged in a strange pattern. The murder is never solved and the cold case is shelved until Inauguration Day, when a second slaughtered chimera is discovered near the Capitol in Central City.
