Summary
They all look to where Felix is pointing, and Jisung and Hyunjin both tilt their heads, trying to understand the English on the package. It’s a tiny, flesh-colored rubber man in a T-pose under a flimsy plastic shell, attached to red printed cardboard.
“What does that say?” Jisung asks Felix.
“‘Grow-A-Boyfriend,’” Felix recites, and the words make Jisung’s stomach sink. He already knows where this is going, and sure enough, Hyunjin perks up and darts forward.
“What’s the rest of it say?”
‘“If you can’t get a date, then grow the perfect mate!” Felix continues reading. ‘“Drop me in the water for a lover that’s made to order. Grows to 6 times its original size.’ Hey, Jisungie—”
“No,” Jisung replies immediately.

Summary
The movie goes on, images flickering by on the giant television screen, but Minho finds it hard to pay attention when Jisung stretches and puts his arm on the backrest behind Minho, barely touching him, but in a purposeful way. Like he’s trying to gauge Minho’s reaction, give him space either to pull away or move closer.
Minho knows what he’s doing, and he hates how much he’s enjoying it, this cliché first-date move. He tips his head back, leaning into Jisung’s touch. It takes all of his might not to do more. The alarms sounding in his head are louder than the screams of the protagonist being murdered in the movie. Don’t do it, they blare. Don’t move.
And Minho knows, but he still wants.
(Minho has made peace with the fact that he might be stuck in a loveless arranged marriage for the rest of his life. Somewhere along the line, he meets Jisung, and everything changes. He begins wanting more.)

“Since you’re the only straight person here… if you had to fuck a guy, who would it be and why?” Hyunjin asked excitedly, his smile so big and bright Minho wasn’t sure if his eyes were even open.
Minho just barely stifled another laugh. How were they all so blind? Whatever, it wasn’t Minho’s business. Jisung was probably about to say something generic like Ryan Reynolds or something stupid and vague like Spiderman to get out of the question.

Summary
With the grace of a raccoon rummaging through the trash in the early hours of the morning, he snags a chocolate bar and—Minho swears to god—coughs dramatically as he shoves it into his pocket.
Minho loses it.
He claps a hand over his mouth, shoulders shaking as he watches him fumble his way through the worst attempt at theft he’s ever seen. If the place had actual security, he would’ve been caught five minutes ago.
Still laughing under his breath, Minho pushes himself up from his chair and heads toward the back of the store. He has to see this guy’s face when he gets caught. He finds him by the refrigerators, the harsh lighting making his face look pale.
Minho steps in front of him, cutting off his path.
The guy blinks up at him, startled. “…Uh, hey?”
Minho crosses his arms, tilting his head slightly. “So, were you planning on paying for that chocolate, or should I start drafting your prison memoir?”
