And while Adam agrees with most of the rules heaven has, one thing he’ll never admit is that he’s a huge fan of getting drunk on booze. No WAY is he going to hell for that, sinners would recognize him immediately! And Adam isn't about to be pointed out for being a hypocrite! So what can you do when you want a drink but can't be caught? Fuck it, we’re going to earth. No one will catch on if he’s gone for just a night, right?
It's been years since Alastor became the host for his very own radio broadcast and a notorious serial killer. He was practically the most famous man in the bayou! Once a group finally stopped fretting over who the killer may be, they switched over to the news Alastor had to offer on the radio that day. Life was perfect. But having such an ego came with a cost, and that made itself apparent when overhearing an obnoxious man at the bar that had an ego to rival his own, only without the charm to cover it up…. And he had the gall to call ALASTOR'S radio show tacky?!

Do you like your Alastor ships? Well then, prepare for trouble and make it double, since here we present to you a very self-indulgent ship which is just Alastor.
Alastor Laurent is but a simple man; give him a hug and a ham sandwich, and he’s all set for the day. Needless to say, for him, landing an internship at a radio station was a dream come true. Now, nothing could stand in the way of his aspirations — not even his supervisor, the great and esteemed Alastor Carlon, turning out to be a major ass.
Or is he one really? Perhaps the devil isn’t as black as he is painted, and can appreciate a person wholeheartedly committed to their job. Maybe deciding the recent string of murders terrorizing New Orleans was the scoop Laurent would follow to prove to the host that he is more than a boy with the charisma of worn-out shoelaces would be a good idea… if only such wasn’t an actual hindrance to Carlon’s deadly endeavors.
Will the brave intern make a goof of himself, or will he goof his way into the heart of the most straight-laced man in the city? Or will it all go wrong?

Summary
Moving to New Orleans to start up her rehabilitation hotel for criminals hasn't been all berries for Charlie, especially if everybody thinks you're some Dumb Dora with a complete horseshit plan.
And it's another jam that she's starting to get stuck on Alastor, the charming yet eccentric radio host next door who's never fully dressed without a smile.
But she's all smiles too, and that's made her out to be quite the dish to Alastor - in all senses of the word - and boy, was he ready to be entertained.
