Taehyung looked up to Yoongi. He was always calm and collected, mature, but could also act silly sometimes and have fun with them. He was talented, maybe he couldn't do anything like Jungkook did – and Taehyung kinda thought Jungkook wasn't even human – but he could write songs, produce, rap, even sing. His deep voice couldn't do high notes, but the low ones always sounded great. He had such a soothing voice and he always made him feel better whenever he was homesick. Yoongi wasn't one for skinship, he usually preferred his personal space, but he always made an exception for him. When he missed his family, he would let him sleep in his bed and cuddle him and he would talk in Daegu dialect.
Yoongi was his favorite hyung. -

His eyes had dark purple circles underneath them and were bloodshot and swollen. His cheeks were puffy, hollow and tearstained. His bottom lip was bright red and chapped with tiny cuts and dried blood from biting it too hard. The upper lip was almost as white as his face. He was paler than usual, almost as if he was a ghost. His eyes were empty and tired, as if any trace of life was sucked out from them and they were just... there.

There was way more to Yoongi than he let them see and he wanted to know everything and help him during his hard times. He wanted to be there and he wasn't going to back off. Watching his hyung sleep like his worries were nonexistent, he felt like he wanted it to be the case. He wanted Yoongi to stop worrying and have that peaceful expression every day. And he was going to make sure of it.
