The air around her assaulted her unrepentantly with an assortment of mouth-watering scents as Lily's body surrendered control to the soulless beast of her new form. It was hungry: and it was looking for blood."
Lilja M. Cullen, the only Original Vampire of her kind, and the last living Original of the Old World following the purge of almost all supernatural creatures by the Volturi. Lilja, to save her own life joins the Volturi who are hiding amongst humans, and gorging on human blood. Until she gets to know Carlisle; a calm, patient, kind vampire who has gained immaculate control over his thirst.
Desperate to change the path of her immortal existence, and atone and heal from the ultimate sin of her past. Lilja chooses to leave the Volturi and journey with Carlisle.(Story Starts at Twilight start but there will be prequel stories detailing Lilja's history)
