Let’s be real, being a male Omega is a pain in the ass. Literally.
Pushing out human beings through the backdoor orifice is not fun. Dean Winchester has spent over a decade building his bank account by doing just that; making people. As a professional surrogate, he’s been able to support himself and his younger brother Sam.
