Summary
If all the love languages in the world had to take a shape, everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him would say that shape would look an awful lot like James Fleamont Potter. When it came to his loved ones, his friends, the people he cared for, he was as selfless as they came, offering his help and affection the same way his parents offered help to anyone who needed it.
But you see, he insists, there is a method to his madness.
He does not go around anymore, pulling himself apart for anyone who needs a piece and all that dedication is reserved for his family, the one's who know him best, his friends.So it's a bit weird when he keeps kissing the forehead of whom he could describe at best, as a friendly roommate and at worse, his best friend's brother, who he was pretty sure hated his guts for years.

Summary
Merlin has frozen in place, like a prey animal trying the you can’t see me if I don’t move trick. To be fair, it’s not like he has anywhere to hide; with the covers kicked off almost all the way, there’s no way for him to cover up that wouldn’t expose even more in the process. Arthur clears his throat.
In retrospect, he’ll wish he said something cool and suave, James Bond-y, like Need a hand? In the moment, he manages to force out “Can I—please—” Merlin keeps staring, and Arthur swallows hard, takes another step forward. “Can I touch you? Please?”

Summary
It was something that crept up on him. Arthur had long suspected Merlin’s feelings for him were not entirely platonic. He didn’t think Merlin would ever act on it—let alone that his own feelings might change.
But when Arthur is the one to act, when he kisses Merlin--without thought or plan on either end--it feels as natural and inevitable as when Arthur had first kissed Gwen. It would have been a beautiful moment, if not for the fact that they were both immediately consumed by guilt and horror at the line Arthur has crossed.
It takes Arthur a whole day to work up the courage to tell Gwen, panicked by his attraction to more than just women. He expects her to be upset. To cry. Perhaps to throw things at him. He’d deserve it.
Instead, she just smiles. "Well," she says. "That was a long time coming, wasn't it?"
OR
If a Merthur kiss had indeed happened in Season 5. You can't convince me Gwen didn't see this coming a mile away, but bi and demi Arthur is having a confusing day. He has mistakes he must now mend, both with Gwen and with Merlin. For Mergwenthur Week "Free Day"- Language:
