There are roadblocks, though expected ones. For one, the man currently on trial for the Chesapeake Ripper murders is both innocent and has a decent lawyer working to sew doubt into the prosecution's case. On top of that, Mason Verger knows that Will has helped Margot Verger flee the country. And Jack Crawford hasn't let go of Will's retracted belief that Hannibal is the real Chesapeake Ripper.
As Will and Hannibal's mental link deepens, they must carefully manipulate their allies and their reputations to avoid drawing attention to their less legal hobbies and keep their family safe.

Honestly, they’re kind of disgustingly perfect for each other and Dean’s pretty damn excited about staying with them the week before the wedding. He’s Sam’s best man, of course, and he doesn’t even mind that Jess has her own best man to share in all the organisational duties. The more the merrier, right?
Except Dean must have done something to epically piss off the universe because Jess’s best man just happens to be Castiel friggin’ Novak. He’s got even hotter since High School, but apparently no friendlier and if Cas wants to spend the week pretending like they’ve never met before? Fine. Two can play at that game.

The seat squeaks, and Dean follows the sound, his gaze trailing down. There—where Jack sat moments ago—is a much tinier version of him. He looks mostly the same, just...smaller and more dimply and cuter, if that's possible. His clothes have shrunk to fit him, so he's casually sitting in a t-shirt, jeans, and scuffed tennis shoes. He swings his feet from side-to-side over the edge of Baby's seat the same way Sam used to in the back, and he stares up at Dean with clear eyes.
"Oh," Dean blurts out, eyes bulging, "Cas is going to fucking kill me."

Jayce, stuck on an important problem, seeks the help of a library book. But what he finds is more than just answers to his query. When he finds a book full of annotations by a mystery genius, he decides to start an intellectual rivalry, all within the margins.

A short laugh escaped him, the sound startling in the silence of the library. As he turned back to the beginning of the book, reading the notes with more care, a strange sense of intrigue settled over him. The annotations were meticulous, as if the writer had carved their thoughts into the page rather than merely jotting them down. Jayce leaned back in his chair, staring at the book with a mix of awe and irritation.
Whoever had left these notes was unlike anyone he’d ever encountered, and he couldn’t shake the sense that he’d just stumbled upon something, or someone, extraordinary.
