Summary
Harry Potter lost everything fighting against Vodemort, his friends, his world, his will to live. However, finding an old spell on the diary of a Peverell heir may be all the motivation he needs to try one last time. With thoughts of vengence and pain in mind, Harry Potter summons death, without knowing the truth behind the Tale of Three Brothers and that another world waits for him.
Tom Riddle had always know that he was special and destined for greatness, at first he thought that the Horcrux were the solution he needed, but after finding a diary of a Peverell heir he decides that summoning Death may be the right way to find Immortality, and with thoughts of power and strenght in mind, Tom Riddle summons death, without knowing the truth behind the ritual that will bring him to another world.

Focus more on the hunt and the duties placed upon her than processing all she lost. But on the insistence of her patron god, she left the path to a world newly connected to her own. A land that does not know her people, their gods, and best of all, they don't know her.
What she'll find, even her patron doesn't know. Maybe she'll find nothing of worth, just continue what she was doing in this new place.
Or just maybe, like her patron hopes, she'll be able to find herself once again.In other words, what would happen when I send an Ark RP character turn dnd character to Thedas? If this turns into a dumpster fire, blame my friend for joking about this.
