In which Lance reminisces on death, greets it like an old acquaintance, and likes to think Death can often be sympathetic in its consequences following it’s actions.

Death was always a notion that Lance could never decide on, regarding his feelings towards it. It had taken so much, from so many, from many era’s of time throughout history, but it was not as if it was done with the idea of sadistic intentions. Lance, growing up, liked to see death as an entity, because through his eyes, it was more than just a concept. To him, Death was what ‘The Book Thief’ portrayed it as, an entity with a persona of neutral outlook, merely doing its work, with an air of honesty and truth that many saw as cruel, others saw as welcoming, and the few like Lance, who just understood and accepted it’s forthcomings.

Summary
“Harry! Love, did you invite your friends over?” Lily calls from the kitchen.
“Yeah!” Harry responds, calling back. However, as he gets closer to the kitchen he returns to a talking tone, “Ron and Draco are meeting in Diagon Alley and I’m leaving to get them. I think ‘Mione is going to wait at The Leaky Cauldron.” He sits down on the bench in their entry way to start putting his shoes on, feeling a kiss pressed to his forehead shortly after.

Harry's family is going to be having one big dinner and Harry was told to invite his friends and Draco to it. So he does, and his friends get to meet the pure chaos that is Harry's family and see the interactions between them.

Summary
Draco would actually believe he has been raised by wolves at this point, because that's what Harry is always implying; wolves or dogs, or fucking wizards of some sort. That his Dad is all pranks and fuss while angry but Father is terrifying as fuck if he stays calm for too long.
No matter the fact that each story doesn't add up with the other, Draco registered each one as true. Because after almost 2 years of dating he is scared to ask if any of it is factual.
But when his parents urge him to invite Potter's family to the Manor, the answer that emerged is even weirder than expected.
OR. Harry Potter is a little shit who likes to pretend that he's an orphan (he almost has been, but that's besides the point); hence, Draco Malfoy doesn't even know that his parents are very much alive, and they're not two, but four.
