Summary
She's been here too long, drifting through a space devoid of time and reason. Speaking to ghosts long gone and echoes of her own voice, a lesser being would have gone mad. But she's not a lesser being, no matter what her old allies once said. Now they're gone and only she remains. Whether they died off, abandoned the cause, found a way to escape, or gave up, it doesn't matter. She is still here. She still lives. She still perseveres. But does any of that matter with such dwindling hope? Adrift in a sea of pitch, the silence is deafening, the cold biting, no other compassionate being in sight. Trapped for all time.
But wait.
Is that...a light?

Summary
'Eat or Be Eaten'. A Human phrase, and one that does not translate over well for Cybertronians.
How peculiar. A species, that so closely resembles the other in shape and mannerisms, can exist with such different energy-processing systems. Humans are adaptable. Aggressively so. Disturbingly so. They claw with a need to survive for as long as their pitiful lifespan allows them. Cybertronians may have their slow pulsing Sparks, but a human soul is like a flickering flame. Then your Uncle Fowler offered you a job that came in answer to your prayers, because it offered shelter, food, and income. The only catch?
You might just die trying to live.
Because Ratchet needed a medical assistant, and the Autobots needed someone who it didn't matter if their mind got read by the ominous prisoner held so carefully confined in a secured cell.
So, that's how you met Soundwave. Big scary bad guy all locked up and rusting away, but that's not how things stay between you.

Another wandering tale. Whimsical. Less structured and edited than my more serious novels. Yet another tale written for fun and emotional therapy. This tale has a lot more emotional angst and hurt, especially due to the nature of the imprisonment / captor circumstances.

Summary
Moonlight lit up a darkened apartment. He blinked stinging tears out of his eyes. He couldn't recognise anything in the dim lights coming from the streets far, far below. Before he could do anything else, before he could even really take in where he was, a lamp flicked on and a gun was aimed at him.
A man with a metal arm stood wielding it with an ice cold expression on his face. “Who the hell are you?” he rasped, voice cold.
Jason shifted, blinking when he moved out of the shadows and into the light.
“Jason?” The man's gun dropped to his side. “Is that blood?”
“Buck, what's going on?” A boy emerged from the hallway, wearing red pajamas covered in multicolored books, and wiping his eyes like he'd just woken up. “What was that noise?”
Jason gasped when the boy pulled his hands from his face.
It was him. Little him. Tiny him.
He blinked but the kid was still there. This couldn’t be real — it had to be some type of dying dream. A hallucination, or coma.
“Buck?” Little him asked again, voice wobbling as his eyes darted between the two of them. “Is that me?”
Jason decided that this was a good time to pass out.
