Izuku got bullied unfortunatley, but never when katsuki was around. Because if you asked katsuki why he defended izuku, he would say.
"because he's my mom ya dumb fucks".
Now Izuku wasn't his real mom of course, but he was the mom katsuki needed and wanted. He knew he had anger issues and other ones, and rather than the old hag who made them worse and the old man who didn't seem to care, Izuku encouraged him to use his anger for more productive things. He taught him to cook, comforted him when he was stressed, and made sure to at least try to keep him humble. All of Aldera middle school knew about this strange thing they did. UA didn't. Imagine the shock when katsuki accidentally let it slip a little after they moved into the dorms.

Apparently, he had the horny version of All for One now. Copying and maybe stealing quirks with sex. God or that weird Limbo entity thought that giving Izuku an ability based around his fucked up dub-con kink was a good idea! Somehow, not having enough good shit happen to him in his past life gave him the unholy combo of his father's quirk and sex pheromones. How!?
He wasn't qualified to save the world and kill his sperm donor again, but better this time. He had rape and murder fantasies. He was kinda a yandere. And his ideal murder was ripping off someone's head and shoving it in a blender. It was going to be a miracle if he didn’t kill someone with his yandere instincts going wild, considering everyone he loved died in the last timeline. This could really only end in disaster.
