Jason loses track of time on the third day.
It’s hard to keep counting when there’s no windows and only one door that he can’t reach. Roman opens it, occasionally, to make sure he doesn’t die of starvation or, more often, to get his own personal brand of revenge.
It’s especially difficult to keep counting after he starts blacking out. (Or is the room just that dark around him?)
Or, Black Mask has the Red Hood right where he wants him. And while the Bats scramble to even realize he’s missing, Roman has more than enough time to play whatever games he’d like.

Summary
There’s dirt in his mouth, his eyes, his nose, his fucking ears. There’s entire ecosystems underneath his fingernails, digging into his body and taking him over, filling him up with dirt until there’s nothing of him left. He can’t feel anything– he can feel everything. His lungs squeezing with each minute that he goes without air, his broken and bloody nails screaming in pain as he claws through the dirt. His muscles are so tired, begging for him to just take a break, stop for a moment and rest, but he can’t, he can’t go back– he needs– he needs his dad. He needs to see him, to be back with his family, to have them hold him and take care of him and tell him that everything will be okay.

Jason comes back completely sane, and his first task is to find his family. Too bad they dont seem to like that.

“J,” Tim interrupted, mind still slow, jitters making him tremble slightly. “J, calm down. Why are you apologizing?”
Jason’s eyes flicker, filled with a fear that Tim saw the day he found Jason on the streets, clearly believing Tim hated him, wanted to hurt him. Guilt pools in his stomach just like it did the last time, except he’s not entirely sure what he did this go round.
“I wasn’t snooping,” he whispers, so low it’s scratchy on Tim’s ears. “’S not my business. I wasn’t listening to your fear hallucinations. I promise I wasn’t. I’m sorry.”~~~
tim gets hit with fear toxin and he realizes maybe he fucked up more than he thought he did

Jason is working undercover when he gets kidnapped by the Justice League. Batman is off-world which leaves his siblings scrambling to find him. While he has to figure out how to not get sent to Arkham and keep the existence of the batfamily a secret from the league.
Or, Jason annoys the league and learns he's important, Dick being the aggressively protective older brother that he is, Tim being a casual badass, and Damian living for violence.
