As such, the Mobian government established the Department of Male Affairs in order to ensure that every region had access to enough males that were compatible with the majority of the resident females and to help females relocate to areas with males that suit their needs.
Stripe the Tiger knew Sonic when they were children. However, after he went to the DMA and Robotnik launched her war, he had lost touch with her. Finally, four years later and a year after the war ended, Stripe got his first assignment; the recently rebuild Green Hill district, the place his childhood friend called home.

Summary
The grand ol' predicament of knowing your next acquaintance before you even visit their district presented itself for the proxy. This wasn't his first time however as it took ages to meet Soldier 11's obol squad - though Ju Fufu was a different case within the same context.
The 'acquaintance' effect lasted for about 3 seconds for her as she basically rushed herself into his social life! Making them friends in an instant!
Wise, being the man that he was, embraced it all the same, an inch of complaint never existed in the first place as they hung out quite frequently.
Though he never knew what their relationship could develop into in just a few months... or, a few seconds... closed away from others in his abode.
