    Buck was frozen, looking at Eddie from underneath his lashes, dark eyes filled with apprehension. “Okay,” Buck said hesitantly. He braced himself for Eddie’s question, could see in his eyes that he had figured it out.

    “Are you a vampire?”

    The silence following Eddie’s question was deafening. Eddie felt like every muscle in his body was taut, he was completely still as he waited for Buck’s response.

    Buck tried to chuckle but it clearly sounded fake. “What? No. Of course not. Vampires aren’t real, Eds.”

    Eddie sighed. “Buck, you promised me you would tell me the truth.”

     

    Or, the one where Buck is a vampire, Eddie offers himself up as his personal blood bag, and then they fuck nasty. Oh, and there's feelings involved.

He hates when Buck gets like this: hungry, unpredictable, and out of control. However, a quick check of power—to remind the blond, no matter how hungry he is, he isn’t in control—gets the job done. “You hungry?” The question has Buck’s eyes flaring a stark, crimson color—so stark against his pale pallor and flaxen lashes. Yeah Eddie thinks, definitely hungry.
