Heat spreads all over Chan's body. And he has to repeat Changbin’s words over and over in his head, making sure that yes that is what he said. But even then Chan isn't sure if he didn't just mishear him over the loud beat of the music so he asks: “What?”
“Nevermind.”
Chan swallows and says: “I- I don't know if that's what you said but yes I can do- it.” He wants to do it, but it is a little bit too scary to admit that out loud.
“Cool.”
“Cool.”

Summary
Changbin couldn't stop the nightmares - vivid, horrific dreams of what could have been, had he been a little later. A little less attentive. Of what might have happened had he been... not enough.
Nightmares of Chan, jumping from the roof of the company building back during the elimination show. Nightmares of Jisung putting a gun to his temple in the park after he turned his phone off a disappeared from the dorms. Nightmares that were somehow worse - Chan dying. Jisung dying. All because Changbin hadn't been able to save them.
He didn't know why the nightmares were suddenly getting worse. All Changbin could really focus on was how he almost lost two of his closest friends and there was little he could have done to stop it.

Summary
