He might be spiraling into obsession or a full-blown episode of gay awakening, but it’s hard to focus on leg day when someone with a dump truck for a lower body asks you to give it a squeeze.

The swordsman walks in on a situation he doesn't know how to handle. Not only is Sanji apparently into men, but he's experiementing with people who aren't Zoro! He wants to cheer the cook up after a disaterous encounter and shoot his shot with the hot blond.
It pisses him off that no one appreciates Sanji's hands the way they deserve. If he has to teach the inexperienced cook a thing or two, so be it.
