Brown dwarfs are objects which are too large to be called planets and too small to be stars. They don't have the mass to create nuclear fission. So, they are called 'failed stars', stars who died before ever being born.
This is the story of Molly, a nobody from a desert planet who could have been somebody but was never given the chance.
