Summary
Ichigo has been revived repeatedly by Inoue because she doesn't want him to die. Urahara can see it take a toll on Ichigo and apologizes especially when they decide he needs to be sent back but needs to be killed in order to do that. The rejection of her powers will revive him and send him back to a safer time. It's a lot to ask for but someone has to do it.
Edit: This is complete I'm just going over editing for the unpublished chapters. It'll be updated before the end of the month. Also in case you've come back I might've cleaned up the first two chapters for better flow. Thanks for being patient and I'm sorry for the wait
