After trying to run away from too many masters too many times a slave finds himself once again with a new master. But this one isn’t as lenient as his previous ones and escape has suddenly become almost impossible and very much life threatening. And while he is still firmly set on the notion that no one should own him or his life, his master is very much set on convincing him otherwise.
So, this is the backstory of one of the characters in „The value of a life“ (Part one, incidentally called the same as the series xD). And while this one comes chronological before, I would still recommend reading „The value of a life“ first. It’s the order in which I’ve written them.
