Jason Todd was having a terrible day.

Second, it was Hal, Oliver, and Barry who arrested him. Not someone cool, like Wonder Woman.
Third, by some terrible turn of events, his siblings decided that breaking him out of the watchtower while Bruce was off-world was the right thing to do.
Now they were all arrested and sitting around waiting for Dad to come back.

When the Batkids hold a seance, Jason decides to prank them as the “ghost” they summoned. In revenge his siblings decide to do a ghost hunting video in Wayne Manor as a prank and pretend to ignore Jason.
What none of them know is that a couple of Phantoms are haunting the manor. And they are ready to spook some Bats.
