Summary
After a series of disastrous attempts by her family to see her married off before her twenty-first birthday, Luxanna Crownguard finds herself sent off to the Convent of Her Sheltering Wings far to the northwest of the kingdom's inner core and nestled amidst the mountainous border between Demacia and the Freljord. Expecting mostly boredom and perhaps a place to get some reading done, Lux instead finds a secretive order led by a pair of Targonian Canonesses and populated by the strangest assortment of sisters. What exactly is the Sisterhood of Her Sheltering Wings doing in the convent? Why so many strange rules?
And who or what is that nun she saw in that room that ought to be deserted?

Summary
Luxanna, now in possession of the Zaunite potions that allow her to be who she truly is, and having Illaoi at her side for the foreseeable future, is practically euphoric. That mood in punctured somewhat by the knowledge that her family will eventually know her secret, too. Before that, though, Lux decides to live a little, and together, she and Illaoi go inland to the trade town of Vyersdell, where a somewhat different fortune awaits them.
