Batman had seen a lot, but even he didn't expect what they found in there.

What is the perfect quirk for a hero? Is it super strength or speed? No, there are too many ways to bypass those. Flight, maybe? No, not that either, it’s too simple and easy to figure out. Elemental manipulation? Explosions? No, neither of those are the answer, too much risk for collateral damage. No, the perfect quirk is the ability to freely alter any form of life with a touch of your hand. At least, that’s how Izuku sees it.
